Absolutely! The CP platform is suited for all fitness levels. You'll even find a Beginner series available, which consists of 6 classes specifically designed with beginners in mind.

The classes on the platform require little to no equipment. All you need is a mat to practice on. However, there are a few classes that use small hand weights and/or bands/balls.

The classes on this platform are not suitable for pre and postnatal clients. Please seek out other Pilates classes.
