Accommodation
Amassa is a private hamlet. A collection of old stone cottages and barns tucked away in the countryside in rural south west France, just an hour away from Toulouse. Across 4 cottages there are 9 guest rooms, all with their own en-suite.
A deluxe private one bedroom suite with it’s own lounge and south facing terrace. Double or Twin Occupancy. £3100 (£1550pp).

If you would like to book and join us, you can reserve your space today by selecting your accommodation and paying the £300pp deposit (non-refundable).
Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place on our retreats. Deposits are non-fundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance is due at least 16 weeks before the retreat start date unless a different date has been agreed upon. If the balance is not paid by this time, your place may be offered to someone else and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made before the 01/04/26 will receive a refund of any payments made to date excluding the deposit. Any cancellations after this date payment will be non refundable.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend you arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance for every retreat. It is essential for all retreats held outside of the UK to cover medical emergencies, travel delays, cancellations or any other unforeseen events. Proof of travel insurance must be provided before a retreat outside of the UK.
Retreat Changes
While we strive to provide the retreat experience as outlines, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedule, accommodations or any activities as necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes.
Health and Safety
By booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in all activities, including Pilates and physical movement. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please email to inform prior to booking. If your health changes prior to the retreat start date please ensure you update us prior to the retreat. We reserve the right to refuse participation in activities if health concerns arise.
Liability
Caretta Pilates inclusive of their retreat hosts and Pilates teachers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury during your retreat. We recommend that you take adequate precautions to safeguard your personal belongings and your own health.
Accommodation and Transfers
Flights and travel to/from our retreat location is not included in the retreat cost and it is your responsibility to arrange in advance. Details of any airport shuttle transfers will be outlined in the retreat details of what’s included within retreat cost.
Consent and Photography
By attending our retreats, you consent to photography or video recordings of the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs/videos, please inform us before the retreat begins.
