How it works:

❋ Our snail mail is £8 per month (UK) or £11 per month (rest of world) until cancelled (shipping included)
❋ Join by the 28th of each month to receive next months mail
❋Mail is sent out at the beginning of each calendar month
❋ you will be billed each month on the same day you signed up
❋mail will be posted 2nd class (FOR UK this usually takes 3-5 working days, for elsewhere in the world it can vary)
❋cancel anytime

FAQ’S

  • Letters are shipped during the first week of each month. Sign ups close on the 28th of the month. So for example if you sign up on the 8th of June, you will receive your first letter at the beginning of July

  • Our snail mail is sent untracked however our estimated delivery time is roughly UK: 3-5 business days. Europe: 3-8 days and rest of world: 6-15 days.

  • Of course, please email carettapilates@gmail.com to change your address. Make sure you email ahead of time so that your next snail mail reaches you

  • You will be billed on the same day of the moth that you initially signed up on. For example, if you signed up on 16th February, you will be billed on the 16th of each month.

  • To cancel your subscription, please email carettapilates@gmail.com

    Please note if you would like to cancel, please do so before you next billing date otherwise you will be charged for the next month.
